Tickets are nominal and non-transferable. Only the ticket holder will be allowed access to the event. Tickets are only valid if purchased through official channels. The Organizer is not responsible for tickets bought outside these platforms. No refunds. Tickets can be transferred or used for another event only with the Organizer’s approval. In case of cancellation, force majeure, or causes attributable to the Organizer, refunds will be processed according to the terms of the ticketing platform. Entry will be equally distributed between men and women to ensure a balanced and enjoyable environment during the excursion. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in the dock areas during boarding and disembarkation. Guests may bring their own reusable cup as long as its size does not exceed 0.40 cl. Any violation will result in immediate expulsion from the event and reporting to the Port Authority. Anti-seasickness medication is recommended before and during the excursion. Punctuality is required. The boat must depart at the scheduled time.
