Valid Foto BCN, founded in 2010 and directed by Fernando Peracho, specializes in the promotion and commercialization of contemporary photography, with a strong commitment to highlighting significant figures from both the national and international scenes. Among the represented artists are Toni Catany, Álvaro Sánchez Montañés, Lluc Queralt, as well as international photographers such as Masao Yamamoto, Pentti Sammallahti, and Michael Kenna, among others. In addition, the gallery is committed to representing and consolidating emerging proposals that offer a renewed and meaningful perspective on the photographic medium. In this way, Valid Foto BCN plays an active role in promotion by organizing exhibitions, participating in art fairs, and connecting its roster of artists with national and international institutions and events. In 2025, the gallery celebrates its 15th anniversary, establishing itself as an active benchmark in Barcelona’s photographic scene.
