With this insurance, we will refund the total amount paid for your VIP table if you are unable to attend the event. To make use of the insurance, you must request the refund 24 hours before the event starts by sending an email to support@xceed.me. *The insurance amount is non-refundable.

VIP Table Insurance

With this option, you can grant access to your VIP table to more people in your group. It is important to note that, even if you add more guests, the size and location of the VIP table will remain the same, and everyone will need to adjust to the available space. Additionally, please remember that the service and minimum consumption requirements remain the same for the entire table, regardless of the number of additional people.

◦ Access to the venue with one drink included until 00:30. After 00:30, the drink is not included.
◦ The ticket holder, if more than one ticket has been purchased, must arrive at the entrance with their companions to gain access.
