What do I need to buy a ticket? Are there any hidden fees?

You only need a valid credit or debit card. No hidden fees, you pay what you see.

Where do I find the tickets I bought? What do I need to bring to the event?

You can find your tickets in My tickets on the website or in the Xceed App (if you want to create an account click here) or in your email address. In few occasions, emails might end up in the spam folder so do not forget to check there in case you did not receive your ticket. We highly recommend to download the App in order to show the tickets at the entrance (or print them) on the day of the event.

How do I ask for a refund?

If you wish to request a refund, please send an email to Please note that refunds are subject to the organizer's refund policy and restrictions of national laws. Generally, the law obliges the organizer to return the money exclusively in the case that the event is canceled or it suffers substantial changes, such as cancellation of an artist. Returns are not accepted for reasons unrelated to the organization. If the refund is still accepted, the money may take up to 10 days to reach your bank account.
