What do I need to buy a ticket? Are there any hidden fees?

You only need a valid credit or debit card. No hidden fees, you pay what you see.

Where do I find the tickets I bought? What do I need to bring to the event?

You can find your tickets in My tickets on the website or in the Xceed App (if you want to create an account click here) or in your email address. We highly recommend to download the App in order to show the tickets at the entrance (or print them) on the day of the event.

How do I ask for a refund?

If you believe you are eligible to ask for a refund, please send us an email at Please take into account that refunds are subjected to the organizer’s refund policy and national laws' restrictions. Keep in mind that it might take up to 10 days to receive the money back on your bank account.

To start listing your events on Xceed, please select your plan and register. We will contact you within 24h to verify your identity.

How much does it cost?

Depending on your needs, we offer 2 monthly plans: Business and Premium. Find out all pricing details here.

How do i receive payments?

Payments are sent to your bank account on a weekly-rolling basis.
