Our regularly run Underground Beats experiences are designed to give you the chance to journey with us to hidden locations around the globe, whilst giving you an insider snapshot of how the locals like to party. Explore medieval towns and cities with rich and interesting histories, showcasing the art, culture and lifestyle in the day and at night watch the cities come alive. With help from our worldwide crews and promoters, we will ensure that you’ll have nights that you won’t forget and that you leave the Underground Beats with a desire for more. •What’s Included? - Private coach transport to all destinations - 7-night accommodation in three different Balkan countries - Beats Travel guide - Warm up and city parties - Optional walking tours in all major cities MEETING POINT: TBA Full program: DAY 1 We start things off in Split with a few welcome drinks before we head up the coast to our first night’s destination, Novalja. On the coastal drive, we stop at the beautiful Roman town of Zadar for lunch. Zadar is a town famous for its incredible sunset, crystal clear waters and a spectacular sea organ. After lunch, we carry on up the coast for our first Beats Travel night out. DAY 2 Hidden on the Adriatic coastline for the past few years, Zrce has everything you’ve ever wanted from a beach party experience. Pumping music, top class DJ’s, water sports and daytime pool parties. Need we say more? Think hot weather, a thumping bassline and crystal clear water. DAY 3 We depart Zrce and head to the capital of Croatia, Zagreb. Along with our journey, we will be stopping off in what is known as one of the most spectacular UNESCO National Parks in Europe, Plitvice Lakes. The 16 crystalline lakes descend into each other via a string of stunning waterfalls, it truly cannot be missed… Arriving at Zagreb we will head to the local taverns for some well deserved few drinks. DAY 4 We leave Zagreb in the morning and travel to the impressive capital of Serbia, Belgrade. A city whose rich underground culture is in full flight. From the artistic and political graffiti that colour the streets, to the amazing nightlife that in our eyes rival Berlin, we delve deep into its cultural core. We will begin by introducing you to some famous homemade Rakija: a Balkan drink that is sure to become a good friend of yours. Later, we head down to the Sava River to experience what Serbia is really about with some delicious traditional cuisine before making our way to the river barges for a Beats Travel rave. DAY 5 Today it is time to explore Belgrade and see what this beautiful and damaged city is all about, delving into some of the grand Serbian histories at Belgrade’s Kalemegdan Fortress among other amazing attractions. In the afternoon, you have the option to attend an underground walking tour and get the chance to see Belgrade through the eyes of a young local before making our way to an underground party with our Belgrade music partners – The Sunday Beat. DAY 6 Time to venture further south to the incredible capital of Bosnia, Sarajevo. This city is not to be missed with its amazing history and Ottoman-influenced culture. After settling into our accommodation we go for dinner at a traditional Bosnian restaurant and then relax in a nearby bar to enjoy a good old Turkish delight or experience a smoke on the Shisha pipe. DAY 7 Today is a day for wandering and exploring the historic city of Sarajevo, to experience Bosnia and what it has to offer. You will have time to check out some of the homemade goods and markets or we can hook you up with an optional walking tour that will tell you about the history of Sarajevo, including the famous assassination of Franz Ferdinand and a tour of the tunnel that was built during the war of Yugoslavia in the 1990’s. After a day of exploring or relaxing in town, we will take you out to experience some of the Bosnian nightlife and Balkan music that Sarajevo does so well. DAY 8 We head off early from Sarajevo to our drop off location of Dubrovnik, Croatia. It is time to say farewell, please try not to cry as you say goodbye to your Beats Travel family and onto your next European adventure.
