Both will be on this very special date together with the artists who command the project, the Italian PØLI and Lorenzo Raganzini. 8. Surgeon and more @ Nitsa Club (Sala Apolo)
If we say Anthony Child, probably a lot of people don’t know him. It’s the real name of Tony Surgeon, undoubtedly one of the most important figures on the 90s UK techno scene. Not all of them have produced for labels like Tresor, Soma or Downwards. Not everyone has remixed Dave Clarke, Mogwai, Thom Yorke or Moderat. Surgeon has hit the scene again with his collaboration with Regis as British Murder Boys and, at Nitsa, we’ll have him pulling analogue sounds to destroy the dancefloor based on dark and industrial techno.
When: Saturday, May 11th
Where: Sala Apolo
Lineup: Surgeon, DJ Fra, NICO, Cecilio G, SHYGIRL, Brat Star and Ikram Bouloum
7. Mathame and more @ NOM (Bikini Barcelona)
Matteo and Amedeo Giovanelli are 2 brothers who, together, have become well-known for big audiences in 2018 thanks to “Nothing Around Us”, a melodic house mega-hit that has left no one indifferent. This work saw the light in Afterlife, Tale Of Us’ label, to which they still belong and in whose parties they act with certain assiduity. Mathame finally arrive in Barcelona to join the party that gives greater prominence to the spirit of its audience: NOM.

The Portuguese Lewis Fautzi is one of the most visible faces of the cult label Pole Group, led by Oscar Mulero. His passion for electro and EBM influences his musical selection, bringing that old-school touch that has always characterized his sets. He is the very special guest on this great night in which NODE celebrates 2 years of life. He’ll be joined by Dario Duegra and Dhanimal.

5. Andrea Oliva and more @ INPUT High Fidelity Dance Club
ANTS is probably the most famous party in Ibiza today. At least in terms of underground electronic music. From its birth, it took over Saturday afternoons at the world-famous Ushuaïa Beach Club. It’s still there. Andrea Oliva was its creator and continues to be its greatest exponent. In May, he will perform at INPUT, the club with the best sound system in Barcelona, to imbue her dance floor with the most succulent sounds of the White Island.
When: Friday, May 17th
Where: INPUT High Fidelity Dance Club
Lineup: Andrea Oliva and more
4. Green Velvet and more @ Sight (Pacha Barcelona)
He is one of the veterans, one of the pioneers, one of the greatest in techno and house music history. Famous for his green crest and live performance skills, Green Velvet always brings out the best in the audience he faces, using his headphones as a mic to sing electronic anthems he himself produced years ago, such as the famous “La La Land”. This is the big date of the month at the club of the two cherries.
When: Friday, May 10th
Where: Pacha Barcelona
Lineup: Green Velvet, Anna Tur and Andre Buljat
3. Gerd Janson, Levon Vincent and more @ Nitsa Club (Sala Apolo)
Night of the highest quality in the 2 spaces of Nitsa Club. Robert Johnson, located in Frankfurt, is one of the most historical and followed nightclubs in the electronic music scene worldwide. To celebrate its 20 years of life, Nitsa has prepared a massive evening. Upstairs, in Nitsa, we’ll have Ata (founder of Robert Johnson itself) playing b2b with Gerd Janson (head of Running Back, a label that releases music by other ‘capos’ such as Lauer or Krystal Klear). Downstairs, in Astin, Levon Vincent will make us travel between his house and techno proposal, always experimental and introspective. This is not one to be missed.
When: Saturday, May 18th
Where: Sala Apolo
Lineup: Gerd Janson, Ata, Oma Totem, Levon Vincent, Efdemin and Nico
2. Vitalic pres. DIMA (live) and more @ Razzmatazz Clubs
We could say that Vitalic’s phenomenon exploded in 2001 with the release of Poney, the EP containing “La Rock 01”, a track that would become one of the greatest anthems in electronic music at the beginning of the 21st century. But Pascal Arbez-Nicolas used to make music under another alias before: DIMA. It was much rawer, harsher and rave music. In his own words, it was “music closer to the German martial sound of the time”. Currently, Pascal has reactivated his facet as DIMA to also relaunch Citizen Records, the label with which DIMA was born and in which he will soon publish Sounds Of Life. Razzmatazz welcomes the French star in a concert with a nightclub schedule that is part of this DIMA LIVE tour.
When: Saturday, May 25th
Where: Razzmatazz
Lineup: DIMA (live) and DJohnston
