First and foremost, an exceptional and experienced Executive Chef, Marco Milani, with his brigade ready to surprise you with an all-round gastronomic proposal, inspired by the indispensable concepts of quality, innovation and tradition. Fresh homemade pasta and selected raw materials, the right mix to bring food in its wonderful simplicity back to the centre of the proposal; it is unthinkable not to linger over the large grill that dominates the open kitchen and churns out meat for all tastes. Barlady Cristiana Brunetti, another mainstay of La Zanzara, proposes truly special cocktails with a truly unique mixing skill. The Gastronomy corner is dedicated to Italian and foreign excellence. You will find Foie Gras, Alici del Cantabrico (anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea) and a wide selection of cheeses and cured meats to help you rediscover forgotten flavours and aromas. And finally, to make sure you don't miss anything, there is space for beer with a selection personally curated by Lorenzo Dabove, aka Kuaska, Italy's leading expert on craft beers.
