LX Music is one of the main promoters of the Portuguese underground scene and, specifically, of Lisbon. One more year, they trust in their open-air format for the summer months, in which heat, sun and sea converge with electronic music and party events of high demand and long duration. LXM Open Air has scheduled five dates from May to September, four of which will be held at the Santuário Nacional de Cristo Rei, one of the emblems of Portugal in the heart of Lisbon.
Three headliners, eight artists and more than 12 hours of uninterrupted music. Specifically, 16. Next Friday, May 18th, from 6 pm to 10 pm, Yannick Robyns, Stereo Addiction, Rita R’Ink, Sheri Vari and Funkamente will delight the Portuguese public alongside the three big headliners of the day.
Arne Schaffhausen and Wayan Raabe have been producing music since the 90s, although their birth as a duo under the alias Extrawelt dates back to 2005. Since the beginning, their productions had a great feedback from the German industry. Their accelerated techno with electro tints and strong doses of synthesizer and percussion didn’t need so much time to make the leap to the international scene.
Their live will be one of the highlights of the day, although Dominik Eulberg‘s and Petar Dundov‘s DJ sets also promise high emotions. We have seen Eulberg producing different music styles, but his sessions are always characterized by the groove and the strongest options of the tech-house genre, something we can also say about Dundov. With them, the first line-up of LXM Open Air is completed. It will surely generate high expectations for the rest of the events that we will enjoy in this 2018.
