DANIELA CAST was born in Puerto Madryn, Argentina, all her life was related to music & art, passion that began at the age of six when she immerse in a deep relationship with the piano. At the age of was 15 she moved to United States, where her love for music increased due to the influence of Jazz, Dub/regue, Rock/Gothic, Post Punk, Funk, hip hop and the cultural diversity of this country. In the year 2007 she returned to Argentina where she studied Graphic Design at the University of Champagnat where she obtained her college degree. At the same time she developed her career as a musician, playing in the best Clubs of this country. Daniela's musical sessions goes for different moods carrying us from one place to another, creating a personal atmosphere, amusing and eclectic where appears hipnotic, embracing, underground and contemporary sounds coming from Minimal,Techno and House....with a deep groove, strong basslines, with a clear club orientation. In the year 2010 she travelled to Chile for the fist time, performing shows in well known clubs in the country. She had already a clear musical inclination and a defined musical taste then she studied Composition and Production, with Musical Theory, in the Buenos Aires Musical School (EMBA). She also founded Rockin Grooves, her own festivals where artists from such as Kasper ( Esperanza ) Andres Zacco , Cape , Lucas Mari, were invited to participate. In 2013 Daniela moves to Europe, where she has been playing her records around Switzerland, France, Ibiza, Berlin (Club Der Visionaere), Now she is based in Barcelona, and she is one of the Reckon residents. Daniela has released her tracks in labels such as Drumma Records, Astelaguel, Get Slow, and more incoming.
