XCEED PRO's AI Connector for Claude runs on MCP (Model Context Protocol, the open standard AI assistants use to plug into other software), turning your existing venue dashboard into a 24/7 intelligent partner: it reads your sales, bookings and events, and builds or changes things for you the moment you say go.

It's the same XCEED PRO you already know, with the same data, the same permissions and the same rules: you just tell Claude what you want, like you would tell a colleague.

  • Your own login

    You sign in with your own XCEED PRO account, using the same login as your dashboard (Google, Apple, Facebook, or email and password).

  • Your role, nothing more

    Claude only sees what your role already lets you see. If you can't access something in XCEED PRO, Claude can't access it either.

  • Your data stays yours

    Claude can never see data from other venues or companies on XCEED.

  • Confirmation first

    Claude asks for your confirmation before it changes anything.

  2. Click “Add custom connector”.

    Name the venue, event and dates.

    Claude shows what it's about to do.

    If a report or recommendation isn't clear, ask how it got there.

Your data and your security

Using AI responsibly

AI assistants are powerful, but they aren't perfect. Claude is still the one interpreting the data, and it can misunderstand a request or make a mistake.

Do

  • Stay in charge: you're responsible for every change, whether made yourself or through Claude.
  • Double-check anything touching live sales: prices, capacities, ticket phases, publishing, channel removals.
  • Treat pricing/market recommendations as input, not a guarantee of results.
  • Respect customer privacy: only use guest data for purposes customers agreed to (GDPR); only send marketing emails with consent.
  • Review the data/privacy policy of the AI assistant you use.
  • Disconnect the connector when a team member leaves or no longer needs it.

Don't

  • Don't use it to create invoices or official financial documents: use the documents XCEED provides.
  • Don't use it to reconcile bank transfers or payouts: that data isn't in XCEED PRO or the MCP. Contact your account manager.
  • Don't take AI answers as legal, tax or financial advice.
  • Don't paste passwords, bank details or sensitive personal information into your chats.
  • Don't give the connector access through a shared or unsecured AI account.
  • Don't confirm bulk actions without reading the summary first.
