Paul Kalkbrenner forced to cancel tour due to severe ear infection

The electronic music producer has just announced that he has to cancel his upcoming gigs on doctors’ orders. Kalkbrenner has been diagnosed with a severe ear infection and will have to cancel his gigs in San Francisco, New York City and Mexico City.

“The doctor absolutely forbid me to set foot onto a plane, due to my acute inner ear inflammation. Ignoring this could lead to worse.” declares Kalkbrenner on his official Facebook channel.

The gigs were part of his “Back To The Future” world tour. The concept of the tour is based on an exclusive collection of 60 tracks that he has collected that represent the historical rise of techno in Berlin between the years of 1987 and 1993. The Berlin-native music producer had announced the tour dates for the US cities just last week. He reassures his fans that he regrets cancelling the upcoming gigs and that he will be working on rescheduling his showcase ASAP.
