Club SubRosa: Critical Monday

As the after-hours side of renowned jazz venue Café Berlin, berlinClub has been a cornerstone of Madrid’s nightlife since 2012, offering quality music to a faithful, enthusiastic audience. Over the years, the music policy has not changed a bit: the club is based on a cocktail of African-American roots music that is not limited by genre or time, where styles like Jazz, Soul, Disco, House and Electronic are intertwined. In 2016, berlinClub grew out of its former home and moved to the current location on Costanilla de los Angeles. With larger capacity and quality, crystalline sound, the club moved into a new league. Adding to the already established offer of resident DJs, selected from the best of the country's artists, the current venue has been home to some of the world's most prominent selectors; the list includes John Morales, Rahaan, Dan Shake, Paul Trouble Anderson, HUNEE, Maurice Fulton, Red Greg, DJ Spinna, Terry Hunter, Antal, Shanti Celeste, Alexander Robotnik, and many more.
