Yoga & Sound by Moksha Soul Yoga was born because of the love of music and the art of bringing ones mind into a Higher State by consciously using the breath synced with movement by the rhythm of sound (More known as Vinyasa Flow).
What is Vinyasa Flow?
Vinyasa Flow is a more modern approach to yoga which roots comes from ancient teachings of wellbeing from the Sutras of Patanjali... the key of a better life,...using breath and movement together which is the way to call it in Sanskrit “the asana” better known as “the posture”. (BAIR IN MIND THE MOST IMPORTANT IS THE BREATH NOT THE POSTURE)
This event will be OPEN level, which means this can be your first time doing yoga or either way you can be an advance practitioner but want to enrich your experience with a Yoga & Sound therapy event.
Sound Therapy ( Gong bath)
From ancient times also forgotten by modern society, comes the medicine of music, the healing of all. Visualize the frequency of sound vibrating through your body, mind & soul. That’s the beauty of this therapy, allowing yourself by just relaxing with the beats of the Gong and singing bowls instruments to create an ambient that surround yourself with the greatest healing energy you could feel, so simple and so complex at the same time,...bringing your consciousness into a higher state.
