THE LOFT: KEN ISHII + JACK DE MARSEILLE + LATZARO KEN ISHII El astro más reluciente que ha parido la electrónica nipona vuelve al Loft tras su última visita el año pasado. Este ninja de los platos volverá a desenfundar sus afilados vinilos de technomanga. El creador del imperecedero y laberíntico álbum Jelly Tones (R&S, 1995), tan cómodo produciendo techno implacable como ambient ensoñador (escuchad su impresionante best-of Innerelements) cuenta en su haber con el premio de mejor dj de techno en los Dj awards de 2004, por delante de Carl cox y Sven Väth. El nipón no se está para bromas en lo que respecta a los asuntos del pinchar, soltando sets de precisión quirúrjica, infestando la pista de techno de fuerte influencia de Detroit. Una noche de auténtica papiroflexia bailable en el tatami principal de The Loft. Tras algunos años en dique seco en cuanto a producciones, el nipón volvió por sus fueros a principios de 2012 con el álbum Music For Daydreams, con su proyecto Metropolitan Harmonic Formulas. A principios de 2013 nos sorprendió con Taiyo Ep, en colaboración con Marc Romboy, que lo sacó en su sello Systematic, con remezclas de Dave Clarke, Skudge, Funk D'Void y Peter Van Hoesen. El pasado 2014 también fue un año movido y productivo para el nipón, con tres EPs en los sellos MB Electronics, Harthouse Mannheim y Nitelist Music; y este 2015 con su EP Hyperborea junto a Victor Santana para Chaval Records. JACK DE MARSEILLE DJ Vuelve uno de los selectores franceses de techno más célebre, figura capital para entender el desarrollo del género en su país de origen y de gran influencia y alcance mundial. En 1997, tras haber pinchado con otros nombres, se convirtió en Jack de Marseille y se convirtió en el dj de la primera gira oficial de Daft Punk. Tras dos décadas de producciones y girando por todo el mundo, pinchando en todos los templos, de un tiempo a esta parte organiza las fiestas "Back to Origins" and "Jam the Box", con invitados de lujo como Laurent Garnier, Oxia, Kenny Larkin, David Caretta, Funk D'Void, Kassem Mosse, Steve Rachmad o Phase. RAZZCLUB: FUEGO: TALISTO + FLACA + WILL BLAKE + DJ2D2 ALISTO Talisto es un productor y dj nacido en la Patagonia chilena y actualmente radicado en Estocolmo, Suecia. Su trabajo combina melodías nostálgicas y letras románticas con ritmos electrónicos y sintetizadores analógicos y digitales, logrando un sonido propio. Su primera producción fue Tu Señora (2016), un single en colaboración con la reggaetonera chilena Tomasa del Real. Este single se convirtió rápidamente en un hit a nivel global gracias a una melodía pegajosa, sintes de ensueño, un video llamativo y un remix de la artista sueca Kablam (Janus Berlin). 2017 ha visto la luz su segunda y más reciente producción, Noche de Verano, esta vez junto a la artista argentina radicada en España Ms Nina. Publicado en agosto, este single les ha valido difusión y rotación en medios y radios desde Nueva York pasando por México, Chile y España, donde se ha mantenido sustancialmente en las listas de hits de reggaeton y trap. Actualmente Talisto se encuentra finalizando su primer EP, que saldrá a la luz a fines de 2017, principio de 2018. FLACA Capitana de DIMELOW, noche de referencia en materia de perreo, y componente del colectivo CHICA, plataforma que empuja la creación de espacios físicos para jóvenes mujeres de distintas disciplinas artísticas, la DJ argentina con base en Madrid ha creado un nombre y marca propios en cuestión de meses. Su mixtape más reciente "Peligrosa", dedicada al reggaeton clásico más duro y presentada por Ms. Nina y Royce Rolo, hizo arder la red hasta el punto de que C. Tangana la declarara "best tape ever". You cannot fully understand the musical culture and nightlife of Barcelona without mentioning Razzmatazz. It is one of the most renowned venues within the national and international scene. Founded in 2000, it was the first Spanish dance hall to open every single day of the week with its five different rooms, all under one roof. The main room, the Razzclub, forms the backbone around which its younger sisters function: Lolita, PopBar, Rexroom and The Loft, the favorite of electronic lovers. All records, styles and disciplines have a place within the four walls of Razzmatazz @ Number 122, Calle Almogavers. RazzClub is known for being a benchmark of the European indie scene. The best indie-pop, new wave, nu-rave, electro-rock and the best live acts from artists like Arctic Monkeys, Foals, The 1975, Two Door Cinema Club, Yelle, David Byrne, Coldplay, Orbital, Pulp, The Strokes , Kanye West, Blur, Belle and Sebastian. - Lolita plays music styles such as House, Future Beats, Electropop, nu-disco, old school electro, Italo, hip hop, trap, dubstep that have come out of the hands of artists such as Justice, Airplane, Juan Maclean, The Magician, Tensnake, Space Dimension Controler, Cyril Hahn and Eton Messy among others. - In PopBar you can find an incredible mix of the best Pop: Northern soul, technopop, electro-rock, twee-pop, 80's, classic Indie, RnB and the most hyped songs of the moment, thanks to great guest Djs and first class residents. - Rexroom works as a kind of experimentation centre where different styles converge: house, italo-disco, acid, gay house and old-school electro. - Finally, The Loft, a favourite amongst followers of the best international electronic; a spacious room where you can find the most avant-garde sounds of Barcelona. Paul Kalkbrenner, Jeff Mills, Kevin Saunderson, Len Faki, Boys Noize, Ben Sims, Dave Clark, Floating Points, and The Black Madonna guarantee their well-deserved reputation. The dress code is very casual. The wide variety of music tastes, cultures and styles played every night in Razzmatazz attract a very large and very diverse audience. No labels, no prejudice, total freedom and your clothes can say anything you want them to. Despite the club’s immense capacity, the “sold out” sign has been hung outside Razzmatazz on numerous occasions. To ensure entry you can buy your tickets in advance with Xceed. Razzmatazz never sleeps - it’s true! The nightclub opens 3 of its rooms every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday of every month. Sundays are for INSERT, an afternoon session for lovers of the most pure techno. During the remaining days of the week, the room is open to host a variety of concerts and live performances that usually last from 8pm until 11pm. The ticket price varies depending on the party, but in average the price for a normal night is around 15€.
