Sus lives en el escenario son pura energía donde el techno y la improvisa- ción de estos dos músicos hacen de sus directos su plato fuerte. En un año han participado en festivales como “el mercat de la música viva de vic”, han autoproducido su primer EP y han remezclado a artistas como Delusions o David Tort. Previously living in Bognor Regis and then Derby where he was exposed to Sound Systems such as Smokescreen and D.I,Y and gained his love of house music. Taking the name Jonny Loves House with the release of a few white label vinyl in 2003 the music then took him to Brighton. Originally a guitarist and playing in bands, playing live electronic music was a natural progression and his first live gig was in 1995, Bognor Regis. Hooking up synths, drum machines, guitar fx, and four track tape records all controlled by an Atari Ste Forward thinking ideas and cutting edge production techniques has seen a shift from all hardware performance to Ableton based with midi controllers. Playing live is live with no backing tracks or pre determined arrangements only a section of grooves, loops and samples which are improvised with the sole intention of getting that dance floor moving! A DJ since 1999 with a strong deep house groove has seen slots at countless parties across the uk as well as in Barcelona and Ibiza. www.jonnyloveshouse.co.uk _______________________________________________________________ II SIMON BOULIND II DJ Simon Boulind is a DJ with 20 years of experience, who grew up in London where he was inspired to start mixing vinyl after listening to pirate radio stations during the early 90s and falling head over heals with house music. Two years after he got his first pair of Technics he went on to win the competition for best new DJ of the year at the 1000 capacity Atlantis club (part of EFFC). As well as becoming a monthly resident at Billie Jeans club in Epping (now one9five). Since then he progressed on to playing regularly at numerous clubs, bars and parties around London, including Area, Aquarium, Chapel bar, Ghost, Pacha, EGG, Fluid, The Fridge, Meet, Ministry Of Sound, The Warehouse, The Whitehouse as well as featuring on the Mixmag tour and Soulbase FM and Phatbeats radio as well as holding down a monthly residency at The Russian, Dalston (now The Shelter). He moved to Barcelona in October 2013 where he has become a regular on the underground scene playing at a number of clubs and parties including Macarena Club, The Apartment Club, Slow Club, Blocko 68, Rebel Phonk festivals as well as running a highly successful monthly house & techno night at Freedonia in the heart of the city since 2013. He played at Boom festival in Portugal in the summers of 2014 & 2016 and Notting Hill Carnival (London) for the Disco Hustlers' stage in 2016. So far in 2018 he has played at Macarena Club & Slow (Barcelona) and for Terminal & Atomic Sundays at The Winchester (Bournemouth, UK) and has been booked to play at the Secret Castle Party in March and over the summer at Nowhere festival (Spain) as well as many other events in Barcelona and will continue with his residencies at Freedonia & Ice Bar (Barcelona). With his passion and skill for DJing and his ability to read and respond to the crowd, you can expect his dancefloor shaking sets to see him crossing many styles, working with the crowd to include warm chunky house and tech tracks alongside tribal beats, weaving in a handful of classics.
