Du kannst auch mit einem kleinen Budget mehrere Getränke kaufen, und wenn du viel ausgeben möchtest, musst du mit etwa zwei Dritteln der Ausgaben rechnen, die du zu Hause tätigen würdest.
In Sandton solltest du dich schick anziehen, in Rosebank und Illovo kannst du dich eher leger kleiden. Das Gleiche gilt für Braamfontein, hier ist legere Kleidung ausreichend.
Gehobene Restaurants und die meisten Clubs lassen dich nicht rein, wenn du Boardshorts und Flipflops trägst, aber das ist nicht anders als im Rest der Welt ;) Das Klima ist ähnlich wie in Kapstadt, wo es im Sommer warm ist und im Winter ziemlich kalt werden kann.
