Helix at MuK Gießen (floor hosting by Cryptic Excess)

The Musik- und Kunstverein Gießen e. V. was founded in mid-1994 by 12 Giessen residents with an interest in culture. Since then, the association has had an eventful, exciting and ultimately successful history. After years of uncertainty as to whether the MuK bunker "1022″ was to be demolished, a long-term rental agreement was signed and with it the guarantee that a varied programme of music, concerts, parties and exhibitions could continue to be offered. In the meantime, the MuK has developed into Giessen's largest independent cultural provider. Giessen without the MuK is no longer imaginable.
