The explosion of the Parisian techno scene in a new documentary

Today, the electronic Parisian scene seems more enlightened than ever. After the documentary French Waves, recounting 25 years of electronic music in France, here comes a new one added by the video platform of Pioneer. DJsounds adds a layer with a documentary of 30 minutes on the history of the types of the electronic music in Paris, thanks to the testimonies of actors having played a role in the emergence of the techno scene in Paris.

Antigone, Julien Boisseau and Marc Resplandy (Sonotown), Antoine Buffard (Trax), Brice Coudert (Surpr), D’Julz, DJ Deep, Djebali, Stéphanie Fichard, Laurent Garnier, Jack Lang, Molly, Him Mohamed, Yoann Till (Soukmachines), Nick V, Tommy Vaudecrane (Technopol), Francois X, Fabrice Gadeau (Rex Club), Molly … The list of people contributing to the Parisian nightlife is long and everyone has a word to say about the history of Paris in the electronic music scene. 

In 20 years, the electronic music in Paris has changed octaves several times. Today, while it never has been so successful and popular in France, DJsounds decided to open its series of four documentaries with a first episode entitled ‘The Underground Sound of Paris’.
