In its rapid development within the music industry, Xceed proudly announces the addition of Lindi Delight as the new Director of Venue & Promoter (V&P) Partnerships for the DACH region. With an illustrious career that spans for almost two decades across various continents, Lindi brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to Xceed.
Lindi’s journey began in Toronto, where she made significant contributions to the electronic music scene by establishing a leading deep house event brand. Her career trajectory took her to Dubai, where she honed her skills in brand management and event production with prestigious organizations such as OHM Events and Alchemy Project. In Berlin, she worked closely with the techno maestro Chris Liebing and led his CLR label night globally. In 2015 she began working with Lee Burridge’s All Day I Dream brand, expanding its annual events from six to sixteen in her first year.
I am extremely happy to announce that I will be taking up a Senior Leadership position as the Director of Venue & Promoter Partnerships (DACH) at Xceed. Xceed is one of the fastest growing ticketing platforms in Europe and the role enables me to continue my journey through the music industry, influencing the intersection of music, technology, and live events.
As a woman of colour in an executive position, I aim to be a visible example that inspires change, champions diversity, and encourages more women and underrepresented voices to lead and innovate in this field. My career has consistently been driven by a deep passion for people and innovation, breaking barriers and fostering inclusive environments. As a notable advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the music industry, Lindi also founded the Berlin chapter of shesaid.so and launched De Light Management, her boutique agency specializing in brand and showcase management which represented top event brands like Life and Death and Rekids. She has also held various consulting roles for Boiler Room, XP Music Futures, and The Beatport Group, demonstrating her expertise in holistic conference program design and inclusive organizational culture development.
As her latest landmark, Lindi founded SPEKTRA ACADEMY in 2023, her own platform focusing on Music Industry, DEI, and AI topics. Her commitment to empowering underrepresented voices and her strategic insights into brand expansion and event production have distinguished her as a trailblazer in the field.
Xceed is making waves in the DACH region, and we’re already in the headlines with key partnerships . In this exciting setting, I’m extremely thrilled to welcome Lindi as our Director for the region.
