On the 11th and 12th of August you have an unmissable date in Ibiza.
The electronic music paradise of Ibiza is getting ready to welcome another edition of Ibiza Global Festival. The event will take place on the 11th and 12th of August on the coast of S’Arenal de San Antonio. This time, in a bigger format than in the debut.
Among so much offer and demand on the white island, Ibiza Global has managed to stand out for its proposal. It blends international and local talent, with its own residents at the forefront. The green event will bring artists of the likes of Roger Sánchez, Alex Kennon, JoenLeFou or Marta Taddei to the stage on the first day. In the second round,Nic Fanciulli, Amémé, Abdon and Pau Guilera, and many others, will make you dance until dawn. Special highlight will be Varoc‘s set, who at just 16 years old has managed to play his first set at Tomorrowland.
But if there is one thing that defines Ibiza Global, it is the environmental commitment. Among the actions taken by the event are the use of recyclable cups, biodegradable ashtrays, cleaning volunteers, partnerships with Soul Water and many more to be announced. On top of all this, Ibiza Global has surprised with the announcement of more dates in Spain and Italy to take the Ibiza sound beyond the Balearic Islands. Mark your calendars for two confirmed dates in Barcelona and Madrid in September, and a date in Milan in November.
Last year we took on the challenge of bringing a free two-day electronic music festival to Ibiza for the first time, and we were immensely proud to see how well received it was. With 15,000 electronic music lovers dancing on San Antonio’s largest beach, we set the bar high for this season – but I have every faith that we can meet – and exceed expectations – again.
