Friday FEB 17th Goya Social Club welcomes Tour Maubourg presented by Jägermusic Tour-Maubourg is a leading light in France’s thriving underground music scene. He has been an entrenched part of Pont Neuf Records ever since the label’s inception, his releases have cast him as one of the country’s most exciting producers of the genre in recent years. From spearheading France’s jazz-house and electronica scenes, to amassing millions of Spotify streams for lauded tracks such as « Ode To Love », « Manhattan To Brooklyn » or « Artifice », he is a flag bearer for modern French music. Reminiscent of St Germain from years gone by, his maiden album – Paradis Artificiels – received critical acclaim upon its release in 2020. Now, his new upcoming album Spaces of Silence (January 2023) promises to further showcase the eclecticism of his sound, forming a body of work that blurs the lines of soulful house, nu-jazz and everything in between. Add to that a fast-emerging touring schedule that has seen him play throughout France, or in London and Berlin amongst others, to see that 2022 has been a career highlight for the Frenchman: and long may it continue. Here, thanks to one of the best sound system in town (powered by Funktion-one) you can find the latest trends in electronic, techno and house music. Since its opening there have been a number of international guest DJs who have visited Goya including: Breakbot, NVOY, TCTS, The Magician, Jonas Rathsman, Blonde & many more. This warm & cozy venue is located in a small underground location which transmits an intimate and well connected setting between artist and audience - it is unlike any other venue in the city. Be careful though, Goya Social Club has a limited capacity of 300 people per night, so be sure to get your pre-sale tickets or sign up on the guest-list in advance to avoid disappointment at the door.
