With a string of #1 Beatport releases, sell-out tours and a rapidly growing fan base, the Canadian producer/DJ and Firepower label boss has entered this year on an exceptionally high note, and with the release of his most recent LP Let It Burn¸ he’s already making his claim to an even bigger 2014. For DATSIK, his Firepower imprint stands out as an extension of his revered and applauded musical persona. He’s released a series of successful singles and EPs including works for Excision’s Rottun Recordings and collaborated with the legendary Korn on their The Path of Totality album and toured the U.S. with the group. Then, 2012 saw him release his proper full-length debut, Vitamin D, via Dim Mak Records and featuring the epic single “Evilution” [Featuring Jonathan Davis of Korn & Infected Mushroom]. However, founding a label has always been part of his plan. FIREPOWER, helmed by DATSIK, formally contributes to the music landscape with releases from Barron, Protohype, Rekoil, Terravita, Getter, The Frim, DKS, Sub Antix and more. It’s been open for less than 10 years but La3 has quickly become one of the most iconic clubs in Valencia. This club boasts quality sound systems, which have recently been upgraded to the Funktion-One system. The club’s name comes from the 3 rooms within the club: Main Room, Oven Club y Sala2, which have hosted the most famous national and international artists such as Jeff Mills, Nina Kraviz, Laurent Garnier, Seth Troxler, 2manydjs, Vitalic and Flux Pavilion among many others. La3 is not only one of the best party clubs in Valencia but it is a meeting point for true music lovers. In terms of music, La3 is now adding more urban styles such as trap, R&B and hip-hop and the popular Friday night is adapting to the needs of its public, the young and cosmopolitan masses. To satisfy you on Saturday nights, there is a new event at the club called “Electric Saturdays”, where you can enjoy the best national and international techno and house DJs in any of the 3 rooms that the venue boasts. If La3 is known for something in particular, it’s because of its high quality music played weekend after weekend. When it comes to the dress code, you can be as informal and as casual as you like - don’t worry about it. This club doesn’t have a strict dress policy; as long as you come to have fun and share unforgettable nights with your friends, nothing else really matters. On those special occasions when you may want a classier night, don’t forget that you can easily book your VIP table with bottle service using the app. La3 is open on Fridays, Saturdays and the night before most national holidays too. La3 opens the doors to its dancefloors at 12am until the sun comes out - usually around 5-6 in the morning. If you don’t get your free guest list entrance, you can buy your tickets through the Xceed app too and they usually cost between 10€-15€. To reserve VIP tables with bottle service, the price increases 100€ to 250€.
