Young French producer currently residing in Barcelona (Spain), Matthieu Faubourg is a deeply moving artist. Producing music at a very young age, Matthieu finally gets into electronic production at 23, and started from scratch in it after exploring different worlds. Mixing jazz, disco, house and garage touches, he has established himself over the years as one of the emerging but essential figures on the French house scene. There's a clarity to the ideas on his records, as Faubourg moves through varying shades of energy, tempo and groove while maintaining a smooth, cool-headed mood throughout.
