A standard-bearer of the Movida Madrileña (the influential Madrid party scene in the 80s) with her debut in the group Ella y Los Neumáticos, she changed to a more shoegaze style in the duo Alex & Christina, achieving huge success with the song !Chas y Aparezco A Tu Lado! produced by famous Spanish producer Nacho Cano.
