FAITH, TRADITION, LIFE The lower section: Depicts scenes from the life of Jesus Christ and the Bible, reflecting Georgia’s deep spiritual roots. One of the first nations to adopt Christianity as its state religion, Georgia shares with Italy a strong historical bond with faith. The middle section: Celebrates Georgia’s greatest kings and national heroes, including King Vakhtang I and Queen Tamar, who led the country into its “Golden Age.” Alongside them stands Yanamaste, bringing true techno sound back to its former glory. The upper section: Represents everyday life, festivals, agriculture, and ancient traditions such as Georgian viticulture. A culture of wine and vineyards that creates another strong connection between Georgia and Italy. The Stonehenges of Tbilisi, like MRC, are defined by incompleteness. Construction stopped after the collapse of the Soviet Union and the economic crisis of the 1990s — just as things have not always gone according to plan for us. Some blocks remain unfinished: a symbol of a history still being written. And perhaps that is exactly what makes them so fascinating. Something monumental, beautiful, yet incomplete.
