Identified as a producer of the electronic slo-mo scene with his personal style incorporating dark disco elements, he has got press recognition with some important reviews like DJ Magazine, Mixmag, Tsugi as well as support of many reputable radio stations like KCRW (US) or NTS (UK). About that, his 'Blind Trust' track - slow punk masterpiece which has had over 3 million views on Youtube - made Cabaret Nocturne a household name. What else?He recently signed on to My Favorite Robot Records, Beachcoma and Nein Records. Luis Costa / Dj Lui also known as Dj Lui, has been a resident of Razzmatazz Clubs since 2009. He has played with artists such as Daniel Avery, Andrew Weatherall, Curses, Marvin & Guy, La Mverte, Lindstrom or Psychemagyk. Since 2013 he organizes Danceteria, where Moscoman, Marc Piñol, Zombies in Miami, Curses, Hugo Capablanca, Damon Jee, Demian, Bizarre Club, Gameboyz, Golden Bug, Undo or Abstraxion have performed. He is the author of the book ¡Bacalao!. Oral History of Dance Music in Valencia 1980-1995, and collaborator of La Vanguardia, Rockdelux, Denso Mag and Clubbing in Spain.
