Andrea Oliva

Andrea Oliva’s current status as an established international headline act is the result of an entirely organic journey. Having taught himself to DJ at the age of 16, Andrea then started working in a record store where he built his extensive collection of upfront promos and white labels from Europe and beyond and he soon secured bookings at some of Switzerland’s best clubs leading to residencies at Terminus and Pravda. With his status in his home country growing, Andrea teamed up with local club kid and friend Agi Isaku, and the duo were soon throwing sold out ‘Banditz’ parties across Switzerland. This home based collaboration continues through to this day with Andrea playing regular sets at his beloved Nordstern. As his reputation grew so did his diary, and he was invited over to Ibiza to play at Space in summer 2004. Ibiza remains a pivotal location in Andrea´s current DJ career where he plays headlining slots most weeks at ANTS in Ushuaia. However his worldwide touring schedule is equally as extensive counting slots at many of the worlds biggest festivals including Coachella, Tomorrowland, BPM, DGTL, Creamfields and Electric Zoo as career highlights. Andrea developed his production style under the likes of VIVa Music, Saved Records, Be As One and Cadenza, and has gone on to have tracks on some of the industry´s most recognisable imprints including Hot Creations, Desolat, Relief, Moon Harbour, Cuttin Headz, Rejected, Kaluki, Snatch and Knee Deep in Sound. Several of his tracks including Vermona, Scream, and his remix of Luciano´s Rise Of Angel topped charts across digital download platforms and have become anthems in clubs around the world. His 2015 “4313” album released on Objektivity was also received with critical acclaim and he has garnered widespread support from clubbers and industry alike for achievements such as his recent Boiler Room set, his Radio One Essential Mix and his B2B mix compilation with Pete Tong.
