Venerdì 22 Maggio Santeria Toscana 31 Quella che era una ventata d'aria fresca si è trasformata in un uragano caldissimo: le distanze da Kinshasa a un punto qualsiasi del pianeta sono ormai annullate, e i Kokoko! possono prendersene il merito. Radio Raheem e Jazz:Re:Found sono felici di presentare uno dei concerti più vibranti ed esplosivi della stagione, lontanissimo dalla "world music" addomesticata e anzi costruito sopra un'incrollabile etica Do It Yourself che si muove fra strumenti autocostruiti e tour estesi che lasciano ogni città un po' diversa da come l'anno trovata. Quella dei Kokoko! è un tipo di creatività libera, cruda, vicina in qualche modo alla NYC degli anni '70 e '80 o alla Berlino dei '90. Una creatività che inventa tutto partendo dal nulla, che costruisce mondi e ne altera la geografia senza mai perdere il ritmo.
