The Galería de Cristal is a place for meetings, gatherings and celebrations, a multifunctional space at the service of the city that was created by covering the old Ruiz de Alarcón passageway, formerly occupied by mail delivery vehicles. A space of 2,800 m2, enclosed by the sophisticated structure of an organically shaped glazed vault that, in a complex process without previous references, raises its transparent lightness (500 tons) to a height of 30 meters. It is built with almost 2,000 triangular crystals, all different from each other, formed by 2,966 bars and 1,034 knots joined one by one.
