About MARRØN: Constantly pushing his own limits, MARRØN draws on fast, rhythm-driven grooves deeply connected to his roots. His name honours the resilient Maroon people of Suriname. Once enslaved, they broke free and built lives of strength and independence. This spirit of defiance and freedom pulses through his music. From hypnotic Afro-Deep foundations to a bold, percussive techno signature, MARRØN has carved a sound that is unmistakably his own. As co-founder and resident of Amsterdam’s EERSTE COMMUNIE, he has become a driving force in the underground, known for commanding the dance floor with groove, power, and texture, keeping dancers locked in for hours.
