Field Project is dedicated to carefully curating and showcasing a diverse selection of South Africa’s electronic music talent. Built around thoughtful programming and a focus on quality over quantity, Field Project brings together artists from across the local scene to present immersive, forward-thinking music experiences in unique natural settings. Spend three days immersed in music beneath the mountains at Matroosberg Nature Reserve. From 30 December to 2 January, the festival unfolds across a carefully curated programme of music in a dramatic natural setting, bringing together artists and audiences in an intimate New Year’s experience. Guests can choose between bring-your-own camping or glamping accommodation options, with permanent toilet and shower facilities available on site. Fresh mountain water flows directly from the surrounding reserve throughout the weekend. A Vehicle Access Pass is required for all guests arriving by car to help manage capacity and preserve the environment.

- Car Camping Ticket
Car camping gives you vehicle access to the dedicated car camping area for 3 attendees. Each pass includes one allocated campsite where you can park your vehicle for the entire weekend and set up camp around it. Please note: - This pass does not include entry tickets to the festival. - The vehicle camping area is separate from the general campsite.
- Car Pass Ticket
A car pass is required for all guests arriving at the festival by car. This pass helps us manage and limit the number of vehicles on site, ensuring a smoother arrival experience and reduced traffic within the reserve. [Carpool is encouraged with friends] Please note: -This pass is mandatory for any vehicle entering the festival grounds. -It does not include festival entry tickets. -Parking is available in designated areas only and will be managed on arrival.
- Bell Tent Camping [Limited 20 Tents]
Enjoy a comfortable festival experience with a spacious pre-pitched bell tent for 2 people, complete with quality foam mattresses on a raised bed, fresh linen, lighting, pillows, and bedding. Guests will be located close to the toilet and shower facilities throughout the weekend. Please note: -Festival tickets are sold separately and are not included with this accommodation option. -If you'd like to camp alongside friends who have booked the same accommodation, please email info@fieldprojectfestival.com after booking, and we'll do our best to arrange for your tents to be placed together.
