If you choose to submit proof of a negative test, please make sure to test beforehand as there will be no testing facility at the festival.   • Non-Belgian residents must submit a European Digital Covid Certificate.   • Once you've gained access to the Plein Publiek, there will be no covid-19 measures in place.
