Joey Daniel's career can be summed up as a well-deserved rise to fame. Born in Rotterdam and based in Amsterdam, this artist has been making waves on the Dutch dance scene for almost a decade. He has now become a key figure in Dutch nightlife, a trusted provider of acclaimed sets, having played at almost every club and festival imaginable. He quickly gained experience in Rotterdam's nightlife, and was later adopted by one of the Netherlands' most avant-garde nightclubs, Toffler. At Toffler, he would also become a resident, with the club trusting Joey's abilities enough to grant him an entire night twice a year, and he has been doing so for four years now. During these marathon sets—sometimes lasting up to ten hours—at Rotterdam's neon-lit dance temple, Joey came to truly understand what drives him as a DJ and how he can take complete control of a crowd. After performing at several high-profile parties on the White Island, Joey was chosen by Music On. This brought one of Joey's most defining moments: playing at Music On in a packed Amnesia, alongside his lifelong idols such as Joseph Capriati, Hector, Stacey Pullen, and, of course, the boss himself, Marco Carola. A moment etched in his memory forever, when everything he had worked for finally came true.
