À propos

Helmut Geier, internationally known asDJ Hell, has not only established himself as a style-defining figure in the electronic music scene, but over the past decades has become a key player at the intersection of subculture, pop, and high culture. His artistic practice transcends the conventional boundaries of DJing and music production—oscillating between advanced sound design, political engagement, and visual art. As early as the 1990s, DJ Hell laid the foundation for what would later be known as electroclash with his label International Deejay Gigolo Records—a hybrid of 1980s new wave, punk attitude, techno, and post-ironic camp aesthetics. Hell was notmerely a part of this movement, but its conceptual architect and name-giver. In this sense, his role can be compared to that of an artistic curator who brings together and transforms stylistic, visual, and intellectual currents. As a pioneer and icon of fashion, music, and art, he has collaborated with fashion designers like Hugo Boss, Vivienne Westwood, and Rick Owens, making him a style icon with his unique mix of dandy, punk, and futurism. Furthermore, his recent work (Gesamtklärwerk Deutschland, 2025), created with performance artist Jonathan Meese, represents a radical synthesis of political sound art, post-Dadaist pathos, and technopolitical avant-garde. Taking Kraftwerk as a conceptual blueprint for his own trajectory, his music and vision of club culture go beyond tracks to become discourses in the medium of sound. DJ Hell is thus not merely a producer, but an artistic and aesthetic thinker whose work possesses a semiotic depth that firmly positions him within the canon of contemporary cultural production. Well known for herDJ sets and productions oscillating between dystopian aesthetics and illuminating energy, REKA has cultivated a very personal approach to heady electronic music. Demonstrating selections from contemporary techno to the genre’s prototypical past of electro and wave, her sets are a highly sensitiveaffair; manoeuvring seamlessly through dance music’s multitude of permutations, blending together into a carefully narrated story that ebbs and flows with her artistic vision and prowess. Currently based in Berlin, REKA has constantly toured worldwide from Berghain, KHIDIin Tbilisi, and De School in Amsterdam to Movement in Detroit and Vurt in Seoul, amongst many other clubs and festivals. Previously, she also held a 5-year residency at Tresor. Most recently, she released her debut recordDiving The Innermoston BITE in2018, following with another EP in collaboration with Imperial Black Unit released on FLEISCH. Besides her duties as a producer and DJ, REKA took on the role as a curator, whether organising her own nightW.A.V.E.S.or other events around Berlin and throughout Europe. REKA’s rich experience and broad musical range have rendered her remarkably diverse. Starting to collect records at the age of 10 in Spain, she became equally infatuatedwith science, and it was not until she finished her degree in Genetics that she decided topursue her artistic path full-time. Merely one year into her DJ career, REKA was discovered by DJ Hell and joined International Deejay Gigolo Records as part of the female duoleChic, releasing the critically acclaimed CD-mix “leMix” in 2008. Three years later, REKA was selected to participate in the Toronto edition of Red Bull Music Academy. She eventually felt the desire to start her solo path, which is considerably darker and gravitating towards more experimental realms that she still pursues to this day. Maribel Pinchadiscoshas been DJing inBarcelona’s bars and clubsfor years, with an even longer background as amusical selector and curator. She was always the kind of person who would make you a custom mixtape for your birthday. In her sets, anything can happen: she doesn’t limit herself to genres, doesn’t follow strict rules, and never takes herself too seriously. Her sessions areeclectic, playful, and full of joy, celebrating music in its freest form. ACCESS INCLUDED WITH YOUR TICKET TO: MOOG (Room 1) + VILLAROSA (Room 2)
