Bio

John Dahlbäck is a house music producer and DJ from Sweden who was also known by the stage names Kaliber, Jetboy of Beckster, Huggotron and Hug. In addition to his solo work, Dahlbäck worked with his cousin Jesper Dahlbäck on musical projects such as Pepp & Kaliber and Hugg & Pepp. He founded both Pickadoll Records and Mutants Records, through which he released his six studio albums. These releases include 2005's Shades of Shadow and Man From the Fall, 2006's At The Gun Show, 2008's Winners & Fools, 2010's Mutants and 2012's Kill The Silence. Dahlbäck also started a radio show called Mutants Radio, which was broadcast on a weekly basis on more than 25 stations around the world. In addition to his solo albums, Dahlbäck has appeared on several compilations such as 2005's Warsteiner Club World Club And Lounge vol.1, 2007's Pickadoll's and Mar T, Les Schmitz, John Dahlback: Amnesia Ibiza The Best Global Club, 2009's Clubbers Guide Ibiza '09 and Greatest Hug's, 2010's Mutants and 2012's Toolroom Knights. The Mutants album was Dahlbäck's first artist album and included releases on labels such as Mix Mash, Spinnin, Dim Mak, Ultra Records and Tool Room. Some of Dahlbäck's most popular singles were 2007's "Blink", 2008's "Pyramid", 2009's "Out There" and "Autumn", 2011's "Is This For Love", and 2012's "Start Lovin' You". In addition, through his own Picadoll Records and Mutant Records labels, Dahlbäck has released work from artists including Sébastien Léger, Lunde Bros and Albin Myers.
