This includes breakfast and lunch on-board the yacht each day, access to The Yacht Week events throughout the week and dinner on-board on two nights. Age: All guests must be at least 20 years of age. If you do not meet this age requirement, you will not be accepted onto any of TYW events Flights: We cannot provide compensation or reimbursement for lost flights, guests are advised to book flights to and from the relevant destination well outside check in and check out times in order to accommodate for any unforeseeable or unpreventable circumstances. Passport and visas: It is your responsibility to have valid travel documents. You must ensure that you have a valid passport and any necessary visas to enter any country you are visiting, including transit stops, prior to your departure. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with these requirements. The route: The route as provided to you prior to departure is subject to change as changes in weather and other external factors are out of our control. Travel insurance: The trip does not include travel insurance as The Yacht Week does not sell or organize such insurance. In accordance with The Yacht Week bookings terms and conditions, you must have sufficient travel insurance that covers adventurous activities such as sailing prior to the commencement of your holiday. Arrival: We recommend you arrive to the check in venue (TBC) around 3pm. Then you will have time to register with us, do the check-in with the yachting company and the food shopping before you get your yacht. The yachts normally set sail around 5-6pm. Departure: You will get back to the marina on Friday afternoon (the exact time varies depending on weather conditions), when you will stay one last night on the yachts in the marina and will then have to check out and leave the yacht before 9am on Saturday morning.
