Best known for his stack of smooth and cleverly constructed tracks found on his 'Strings Never Win' EP, including the disco-tinged title track primed for the dancefloor, he's just as comfortable behind the decks. To date he has DJ'd with the likes of Todd Terje, Carl Craig, Bonobo, Booka Shade, Greg Wilson, James Holden, Ame, Dixon, Soul Clap, Move D... **Catches breath**... the list goes on. It is no surprise Jad's sound is right at home on the Toytonics label; other releases on the label include Demuja, Black Loops, COEO, Harry Wolfman, Luke Solomon ...The Berlin based label pioneers sounds like his: motifs of balearic rhythms, retro melodies, and a whole lot of funk. ▂▂TÊTE DE LA COURSE▂▂ TDLC will be taking you on a journey to the underground House parties of New York with his trademark feel-good sound. Expect gospel highs, soulful riffs and a thumping bass-line that’ll leave you in a state of pure ecstasy. The rising star of the international House scene is one to watch: 2019 saw multiple stellare releases including the critically acclaimed ‘Your Love Keeps Me Hangin’ (Mixmag) and 2020 shows no sign of him slowing down.... He has released music on Defected Records and HedKandi amongst others, and is also the creative force behind Poetry in Motion records with fellow brothers Hurlee and Oui. ▂▂▂▂ DJ WHEELS▂▂▂▂ We are very excited to host a formidable talent and inspiration to us all from Asturias this January. DJ Wheels has overcome incredible obstacles to arrive where he is today; despite being wheelchair bound, Lucas' passion for House music has never waivered and he has blossomed into an outstanding DJ. The young star pioneered by the Poetry of Motion label (home of Tete de la Course) makes his D.R.O.P début - not to be missed. ▂▂▂▂ BENISO B2B BONNY SOUL ▂▂▂▂ Beniso is one of D.R.O.P resident DJs, renowned for soulful House grooves and bassy rhythms. His sets pay homage to the real underground House scene of New York, Detroit and Chicago with his high-energy yet artfully selected dance-floor killers that'll keep your feet stomping, and classic tunes chopped, sampled and overlayed to perfection. Bonny Soul is the latest DJ to become D.R.O.P resident following appearances with Bellaire, Crazy P and Black Loops. Alongside Beniso she is one of the founding members of the D.R.O.P Crew: if Beniso brings bass then Bonny Soul brings funk, inspired by a love of jazz, world beats and throbbing disco basslines. This is House at it’s funkiest: expect slinky, sexy beats that won’t fail to get you dancing.
