ANDREA BACCHETTI - RESORT IN CONCERTO

"Resort In Concerto" presents an extraordinary event: Andrea Bacchetti began his career at a very young age, as a child prodigy, after he was recognized for his perfect pitch at the age of 5[1]. As early as the 1980s, he appeared on television shows such as those hosted by Mike Bongiorno and other television programs, showcasing his musical abilities[2]. He made his debut as a concert pianist at the age of 11 in the Verdi Hall of the Milan Conservatory, performing with the I Solisti Veneti under the direction of Claudio Scimone. His training as a pianist began at the Niccolò Paganini Conservatory in Genoa, after which he further refined his skills under the guidance of Luciano Berio and Rudolf Baumgartner. He eventually earned his Master's Diploma from the "Incontri col Maestro" Piano Academy in Imola, studying with Franco Scala. His musical education was also enriched by internationally renowned musicians like Herbert von Karajan and Nikita Magaloff[3]. In 2001, the jury of the Micheli Competition, presided over by Luciano Berio[4], unanimously awarded him the Special Prize from the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation for the best performance of a contemporary piece included in the competition program. Since then, he has performed at major institutions and festivals worldwide, such as the Lucerne Festival Strings, the Festival dei Due Mondi in Spoleto, the "Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli" International Piano Festival in Brescia and Bergamo, the International Chamber Music Festival in Cervo, the Piano aux Jacobins in Toulouse, the Pacific Music Festival in Sapporo, and many others.
