The name MARRØN honors the resilient Maroons, an African tribe that escaped slavery and found freedom in the dense forests of Suriname. Known for his hypnotic, percussive beats that define his Afro Deep style, MARRØN has evolved into a distinctive force in techno. His unique approach to the genre thrives in the underground scene, particularly as the co-founder and resident DJ of Amsterdam's EERSTE COMMUNIE. With a masterful command of groove, power, and texture, MARRØN creates an irresistible invitation to stay on the dancefloor for hours.
