The approach that we wanted for our local passes through the passion for genuine products of the countryside, for the natural life and simplicity in the kitchen, as we were handed down by our grandparents since childhood, when following them in the countryside, we learned to work the pig and cultivate the garden, to make natural preserves of tomatoes and jams, as well as pick olives to extract the famous yellow gold. In the wake of this experience we have put our passion and ability to transform the products of the earth to share this experience with the visitors of our restaurant and achieve the goal of genuine products at reasonable prices. This is the philosophy but also the strength of SORPASSO. On these premises, in addition to the small direct production, we carefully select our suppliers among small artisan producers, to make every day with fresh products our menu.
