Avec des textes forts qui racontent la galère des rues de son Harlem natal, Dave East est devenu une icône du rap new-yorkais. Son style lourdement influencé du rap hardcore des années 90’s arrive sans peine à s’imposer dans le paysage saturé du hip-hop contemporain. En 2010, il travaille sur plusieurs mixtapes indépendantes qui commenceront à lui attirer l’attention du public mais c’est en 2014 que sa carrière décolle grâce à sa mixtape « Black Rose ». Il reçoit le soutien de grands noms comme DJ Khaled ou encore Wyclef Jean, ainsi qu’un record deal chez Mass Appeal, label fondé par l’un de ses rappeurs préférés Nas, et chez Def Jam. Aujourd’hui rappeur accompli et surproductif, Dave East a hissé plusieurs de ses albums sur les charts billboards dont « Kairi Chanel » sorti en 2016, « Paranoia : A True Story » sorti en 2017 et son dernier album en date « Beloved » en colaboration avec Styles P.
Dave East sera de passage en France pour une date qui s’annonce explosive le 10 décembre au Badaboum.

Opened in 2013, in place of Scène Bastille, Le Badaboum is a hybrid venue which has a club, dedicated to House and Techno lovers, a concert hall, with an eclectic programming, and a friendly restaurant, which offers fresh food with good market products.
Le Badaboum is located in the heart of the Bastille, between the Ledru-Rollin and Bastille metro stations.
In terms of house and techno music the club is one of the references in Paris. Many international headliners have already performed here alongside emerging local talents, among whom we rembermer Leon Vynehall, Young Marco and Roman Flügel. The concerts which take place in the first part of the evening, offer a pop, rock and electro programming.
Is open all year round. No specific dress-code is required to access the site. The opening hours of the club are on Thursdays from 11:30 pm to 4:30 am and on Fridays and Saturdays from 11:30 pm to 6 am. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Friday for lunch from 12 pm to 3 pm, then from 7 pm to 11 pm for dinner; it is also open on Saturday for dinner.
