We go to the Connétable in the Marais, a sublime building with exposed beams that takes us back a few centuries. Being mainly a traditional French restaurant, we still enjoy going there to share drinks with our buddies thanks to its ideal location (heart of the Marais), a late closing on weekends (5am in the morning) and a varied menu.
