Química #55 with Anastasia Zems x Maki x João Melgueira x Paixão

Química returns to Arroz Estúdios on December 30th for its 55th party, featuring two special guests for a vibrant club night. Anastasia Zems, shaping her sonic identity since 2018, boasts a catalog of over 25 releases on labels like Les Yeux Orange, Playground Records, Ransom Note, and Hard Fist. Her music embodies a diverse blend of acid lines, tribal rhythms, and haunting vocals. As a DJ, Anastasia invites listeners into an intricate exploration of rhythm and atmospheres. Maki’s sets are described as energetic, broad, and bass-driven. The Brazilian DJ navigates through acid-line breaks, electro, ghetto house, and channels her roots with samba and baile funk in a tasteful and incisive manner. Residents João Melgueira and Paixão (fka Vitor Domingos) take their usual role of gluing the night together, setting the atmosphere and building momentum as they pave the way for the guests. A limited number of early bird tickets are available for €5. Final release price will be €7 — same at the door. Please note that an Arroz Estúdios membership is required to enter the event.
