In this first TEDxIbiza Salon, The Culture of Water, we gather at La Granja to explore water from multiple perspectives: ecological, historical and cultural. From folklore to heritage, from local traditions to community rites, our speakers invite us to see Ibiza’s water crisis not only as an environmental issue, but as a cultural one.
Speakers:
• Toni Manonelles - folklorist and writer
• Martin Davies - writer, editor, cultural historian and founder of Barbary Press
• Rafael Tur - environmental activist, spokesperson and treasurer of La Alianza por el Agua and La Associación de la Valle de Rafal Trobat.
