Friendsgiving: the art of gathering presented by Dear World & Hey Geezus Step aboard Gammelør, the beautiful old ferry by Christianshavn, for a one-night-only Friendsgiving dinner unlike anything Copenhagen has seen. We’re turning the boat into a warm, intimate long-table setting where strangers meet, friends reconnect, and everyone shares the spirit of Thanksgiving the way it was meant to be enjoyed: family-style, cozy, soulful, and beautifully human. Expect a lovingly crafted Thanksgiving feast prepared by Hey Geezus himself, served in shared platters across the tables: roasted turkey (veg. option available as well), classic sides, and all the seasonal comfort you’d hope for. You’ll also be welcomed on board with a small drink to set the tone for the evening. Throughout the night, enjoy moments of live soulful music, adding warmth and depth to the atmosphere in true “I Love D’Angelo” spirit. And something truly unique: Hey Geezus will hand-draw every guest. During checkout you can leave your IG account, so we can find a picture of you, else we will contact you via the mail you provide. Your illustration will become part of the storytelling and help shape the seating for the night, and you’ll take it home afterwards as a memory. Anyone who buys a ticket after 23:59h on Wednesday 26/11 will receive a digital version after the event. Friendsgiving on Gammelør is more than a dinner.
