The Collegiata di Santa Maria Assunta – also known as the Mother Church or "Matrice" – is the main place of worship in Ceglie Messapica (BR). It is located in Piazza Plebiscito, directly opposite the Ducal Castle, on the ancient Messapian acropolis.
