Finally, at El Jardí (The Garden), you will find the most sought-after equation: open air, views of the Golden Mile, cocktails and peace and quiet in the midst of Barcelona's chaos. What shall you eat at El Cercle? Well, a bit of everything. El Cercle is one of those fusion restaurants where Catalan tradition dances with influences, in this case Japanese, to perfection. Imagine combining Fennel (salad, burrata, Kalamata olives, tomato and lemon vinegar) with a rib of acorn-fed pork (with escalope, ratte potato and garlic) and sashimi (tuna, tuna belly, salmon, hamachi and white fish). It is unbeatable... unless you complete it with the spectacular Tahitian vanilla millefeuille (caramelised millefeuille, pastry cream and vanilla ice cream). Simply amazing.
