Okay, now you've hit the jackpot. Are you looking for a real dream corner to surprise your partner with? A magical and spectacular place to show off your city or to glimpse the wonders of Barcelona at night? Yes, you've hit the jackpot. Welcome to El Xalet de Montjuïc: 'haute cuisine' with the best views in Barcelona. "El Xalet de Montjuïc offers Mediterranean cuisine with a touch of authorship that combines creativity and excellent raw materials in all its dishes". We could change the words or try to say it differently, but they already explain it perfectly. We can only confirm that we have checked it and that we subscribe to it. We still tremble with pleasure when we remember the flavour of that jar of foie with toasted nuts and sweet wine jelly, that cannelloni of three roast meats with béchamel and gratinated with parmesan, that 'rossejat' of noodles with cuttlefish and prawns made with rice from the Ebro Delta, or their famous baked Roses rapit with potatoes and refried garlic and chilli. The latter is suggested by the great Jordi Anglí. But what makes El Xalet de Montjuïc special, apart from the quality of its culinary proposal, is its installation. The large panoramic terrace and its revolving lounge are two jewels from which Barcelona seems even more beautiful than it already is. Large windows give a glimpse of the sea of light that merges Barcelona with the Mediterranean sea and sky. Smell, sight, taste... El Xalet de Montjuïc takes care of all your senses. Visiting Barcelona and not visiting it one night could be seen as a sin.
