MEN llegó hace unos cuantos años a Barcelona después de patearse todos los clubes de su Cantábrico natal (La Real, Locomotive, Whipporwill…), donde empezó a dar guerra a los platos desde principios de los 90. Tras instalarse junto al Mediterráneo empezó a ganarse un merecido nombre con sus sesiones hasta llegar a ser considerado uno de los mejores exponentes del techno local. Techno serio, de energía a presión y bombo implacable, pero en el que se nota la influencia de muchos otros estilos como el sonido industrial, el hard funk detroitiano o la IDM más bailable.

Small Venue
Moog is a widely known and historic club as far as techno and electronic music in Barcelona is concerned. It was born in the old Raval quarter of Barcelona 16 years ago.
It is a very emblematic venue with an underground feel to it. It is divided in to two spaces: the main room, in which you can enjoy listening to the best techno, drum and bass and electro music in the city, and the Villarosa room, in which you can dance to disco and pop 80’s beats. Local Barcelona DJs include Omar León, Gus i DJ Olmos.
