His techy edge, addictive ballads, and immensely funk induced cadence are designed for the dance floor. Larry’s old-skool disco-house feel can be attributed to authoritative figures in the world of music who he looks to for guidance such as Marvin Gaye, Curtis Mayfield, Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Manuel Göttsching in addition to his mother and musically gifted family. In 2010 Larry founded Smiley Fingers, an independent House and Techno record label, based in London but operating on a global level. Larry’s fine taste for A&R has contributed to build the label reputation realising with talented artists and important remixers like Ray Okpara, Pezzner, Tapesh, Gunnar Stiller, Lomez, Hauswerks, Basti Grub, Mobius Strum, Lopazz, Saccao, LouLou Players, Dave Seaman & Andy Chatterley, Xenia Beliayeva, Da Fresh, King Brain, Hermanez delivering more than 150 releases. Always on the search for the perfect groove and catchy melodies, in 2014 Larry released “Vicious Circle" that was charted for more than 2 months in top 10 Beatport’s Tech House, selected as Best Of 2014 Tech House Tracks and he was # 39 Best Tech House Artists in 2014 according to Beatport Top Tracker. Beside Smiley Fingers, Larry has released with some of the most selective underground labels in electronic music, like Second State, Kling Klong, Noir Music,KMS, Great Stuff. His release on Kling Klong, “The African Awakening” was Top #1 vinyl on deejay.de and was featured on Native Instruments, Traktor Remix Set His tunes have been played and charted by Tiesto at BBC Radio1, Roger Sanchez at Release yourself radioshow, Hot Since 82 at Space, Andrea Oliva at Ushuaïa, Solomun & H.O.S.H. at Diynamic Festival, Marco Carola (Vanilla Club and Techno Flash Festival Burgos), Nic Fanciulli & Joris Voorn at The Source Bar, Matthias Tanzmann at Space Ibiza. He’s also concretely supported by other top-notch djs like Audiojack, Robert Dietz, Zoo Brazil, Martin Eyerer, Gel Abril, Supernova, Danny Serrano, Technasia, Joeski, Nick Olivetti, Richie Hawtin, Gunnar Stiller, Sergio Fernandez, Ninetoes, Karotte, Luciano, Anthony Pappa, Hermanez, Oliver $, Hector Couto, Paco Osuna, Dubfire, George Morel...
